Knowledge base/Pricing & support/How is Weaver priced?

Context

Annual subscription, priced by programme scope. We don't price by user seat or per gigabyte, asset programmes have long horizons and unpredictable team sizes; usage-based pricing doesn't fit their procurement reality.

Roughly 100k EUR/year for a single-asset programme. Scales with scope.

Explanation

The pricing has three components:

Component 1

The platform licence

Annual fee for the platform itself, scaled by programme size (number of users, federated sources, hosting model). Single-asset programmes typically fall in the 80–150k EUR/year range. Multi-asset programmes scale up from there.

Component 2

Implementation services

A one-time engagement fee for the pilot and rollout phases. Roughly aligned to a typical 8–12-week consulting engagement. We don't pad this, implementation is where customers are most vulnerable to vendor over-reach.

Component 3

Support

Included in the platform licence at standard hours. Premium support (24/7, dedicated engineer) is available as a separate engagement for regulated environments.

Annual subscription, programme-scoped, no per-seat or per-feature pricing. The commercial model matches the operational reality of long-lived asset programmes.
