Knowledge base/Pricing & support/What does a licence include?

Context

A complete inventory, to avoid surprises. There are no separate modules, no per-feature pricing, no premium tiers within the platform. One licence, one platform, full capability.

Platform, standard model, integrations, all updates, standard support.

Explanation

Concretely, the licence includes:

Item 1

The platform

Full Weaver platform: RDF store, query engine, REST/GraphQL/OData/SPARQL APIs, the ISO 19650 information container workflow, the buildingSMART layer (IFC, BCF, openCDE), and the management UI. No feature gates.

Item 2

The standard model

The ISO 15926-11 reference data library, pre-configured for asset information management. Includes the master information delivery plan template, the standard suitability states and the standard approval workflow. Extensions are yours to add.

Item 3

Standard integrations

Native connectors for Revit/IFC, Relatics, SharePoint, MinIO/S3. New connectors that ship in major releases are included.

Item 4

All releases

All updates, all bug fixes, all security patches. Major versions every 12–18 months; minor releases every 6 weeks.

Item 5

Standard support and Certified Weavers training

Business-hours support from the engineering team. Training for 3–6 customer operators during the pilot phase. Annual refresher training included.

One licence, full capability. Premium support tiers are sold separately when regulated-environment SLAs require them. Otherwise everything sits inside the standard annual fee.
